Mongolian Radio Sport Federation is proud to invite your team to the 4^th IARU Region 3 ARDF Championships. The championships will be held in Ulaanbaatar city on the occasion of 80^th anniversary of Telecommunication development of Mongolia and the Mongolia Telecom company is acting as a general sponsor of this event.

24 August (Fri): Opening Ceremony

25 August (Sat): 144MHz Competition

26 August (Sun): Free day

27 August (Mon): 3.5 MHz Competition

28 August (Tue): Departure

4. Participation fee:200USD per person (full boarding during championships)
5. Championships categories:

Junior

Senior

Old Timer

Veteran

Women

6. Participants:

Any IARU Region 1,2 and 3 member associations may register up to 2 teams A and B team for each class.

7. Entry form

Entry form is attatched with this bulletin and should be received by Organizing Committee no later than July 1, 2001

8. Award

Champions of each class shall be selected as champions of 3^rd Region and Open .Open class shall be awarded only individual category. Open class means all 3 regions.

9. Payment

We kindly request to remit the participation fees no later than July 15, 2001 to our account at:

Any payment past the due date will be charged with an additional 10% late fee.

10. VISA

In the case of necessity, the Organizing committee may send an invitation letter to the Mongolian Embassy at your country.

11. Special event station

A special event station JU1ARDF will be available during the championships.
